FAQ
-
Are you currently accepting new clients?
Yes! I am currently accepting new clients currently living in New York or Florida. I only see clients virtually (telehealth).
-
Do you accept health insurance?
Yes, I do currently accept health insurances. Some include Aetna, Optum, United Healthcare and Cigna. A full list of plans I am in-network with can be found here. Contact your insurance plan to see if you are eligible for mental health benefits.
If I do not accept your insurance, I am considered an "out-of-network provider". I can provide a superbill for you to submit independently to your insurance company but reimbursement is not guaranteed.
-
What are your session fees?
If not using health insurance as payment, my out of pocket fees are $150 per 45-minute session for individual therapy and $200 per 45-minute session for couples therapy. This is subject to change.
-
Can I opt-out of using insurance?
Sure! Many clients have health insurance but choose to pay out of pocket for their mental health sessions.
-
What is your cancellation policy?
I require at least 24-hour notice in event of cancellations. All changes to an appointment including cancellations or rescheduling must be made through notifying your provider directly at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. In the event that the client fails to notify provider at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled appointment, the client will be charged a $75 fee billed directly to you. This will not be covered by your insurance company.

I do not live in New York, North Carolina or in Florida, can I still work with you?
